"Where do I start this company is amazing. I reached out to them because I needed some shower head fixtures installed and had another issue regarding my hot water in my bathroom. We had no real hot water in our shower for over 20 years and called out several companies for support and no one could fix the problem until Epic Plumbing came to our rescue. Not only did Mark do an awesome job installing our shower heads in both bathrooms , he gave us hot water in our shower for the first time in over 20 years by replacing a cartridge. I was like a kid in a candy store overjoyed. We truly thank Jake for his excellent customer service throughout the entire process walking us through every step of the way and even found us some discounts on our service.
