"Went through Samsung Care for my oven repair that was still under warranty, who assigned a different service place to my repair. I went through a bad experience with this other company as it had been a month and my oven still hadn't been repaired! I got online and researched to find that 620 Appliance was also a Samsung repair facility and immediately called them to let them know what was going on. I spoke with Donna who was very nice and empathic. She told me exactly what I needed to do! I called Samsung and got my repair ticket changed to their location. Donna got my part ordered and got me on the schedule all within 3 days!! I defiantly recommend and will use them in the future with any other Samsung warranty/ repair needs!"

"I had an issue with my Samsung ice maker that Samsung acknowledged and agreed to repair. 620 Appliance is contracted to do the repairs and I was contacted almost immediately to schedule the service visit. Although it required three visits to completely address the issue (Faulty motherboard, ice maker problem) the ice maker is now fixed and working well. Throughout the process the 620 home office and service technician Jameson kept communication open through text messages, and I was never ignored and never felt forgotten. They were really doing what they could to address my problem in spite of some faulty parts. They were friendly & courteous throughout and kept me completely informed. I would highly recommend them for any Samsung appliance repairs."

"Had a Samsung washer go out 1 week and 5 days after delivery. Home Depot would not assist and dealing with Samsung was a nightmare. 620 appliance was great. The person they have on the phone was always upfront and honest with me and kept me informed. The Tech that came out to the house was on time, professional and did exactly what I would expect for service. Samsung on the other hand, could not get parts, no ETA, lied every time I had them on the phone, would not exchange the units after several weeks. They made every effort to blame everyone else in the loop but, do NOT be fooled, the service people do what they can with available parts and always gave me the best info they could, Samsung would lie, and push blame every call. 620 Appliance was so great to talk to and work with. If i ever get another Samsung appliance, I would 100% work only with them. Thank you again for the assistance in this horrid situation (I'm sure they recall the name) it was a pleasure! Keep in mind, Samsung will tell you the service center confirmed the appointment, when they have not, that they have parts, when they do not, that they are delaying service, when they are not. 620 Appliance was excellent! Thank you again!"
