Better Vent Cleaning Georgetown

"After calling around, I was able to get Chris to come out Saturday morning. Fee to diagnose was in the ballpark of all the others (one wanted to charge me before coming out....yea right!) that I called. Chris came out, looked at the video I had made of what our washer was doing. He then put the unit in some factory settings to check it out, saw all the issues I described. Ten (10) year old washer - front load with a pump that is shot, $300 to fix that and you don't know what's next to go. His advice, time for a new one and that's what all the online research shows. I had a really good experience, he was a little late (nature of service), but showed up, was professional and seemed to know what he was doing. I have to give him a thumbs up in my experience. The new units are working like a champ, and are quieter than the old units - Samsungs that served us well."

"I submitted a request through home advisors and Chris responded immediately even though it was Sunday. We made arrangements for a time and date. He was very prompt and called me several times to keep me abreast of when he would be arriving. He immediately found the problem with the leaking dishwasher and said it was an easy fix. He welded the hole (how it got there, don't know). The problem was fixed and his fee was very reasonable. Saved me from buying another dishwasher. Great job."

"We live in Phoenix, and we own a rental property in Austin that needed a repair on the dishwasher door. So, not knowing who's who in appliance repairs in Austin, I looked on-line and found Capital Mechanical Appliance. I called Chris and set up an appointment to go out and assess the situation. He did that and called to say we needed to order a part, and it would be $305.00. We approved the order and he 'fixed' the problem. Then we noticed that the door still wasn't quite right...it won't latch to start it. So, we talked to Karen and she told us he would go back out and look at it. She charged us another $290 (by mistake) and Chris has never been back out to look at it and fix it. My husband spoke to Chris after several attempts by me, and he agreed to go fix it and return $290. We still have not seen a check and they won't return our calls. The tenant has had a few appointments scheduled for Chris to come out, but Chris 'no shows' every time. Still no check and still a broken dishwasher door. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN!!! I suggest you don't either! AND Chris has the gaul to request to Link to me on LINKEDIN!"

"What a blessing to find Chris, I will never call anyone else. I called Chris to come and diagnose my Washer and dryer problem, I had already been all over the internet and you tube to try and fix it myself. After many days and two wrong do it yourself attempts, I decided that my only choice was to go buy another washer and dryer or try a repair man. ( the washer and dryer was less than 5 years old) I could not get a good referral from anyone I knew so I went to Yelp. Capitol Mechanical Appliance showed up, and he had great reviews. I called, Chris answered and made an appointment very quickly. Chris came over and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part he needed to fix my dryer and ordered the part i needed for my washer, He then came back the following day to install the washer part and fixed it. his diagnosis was right on, and I am back in business. Chris was honest, very nice, Clean cut, and professional He knows what he is doing, no more do it yourself tries for me again, I will just call Chris. Call him, you will be glad you did!!"

"Excellent, fair pricig, professional service. Our LG front-loading washer was acting up and I called and spoke to Chris on a Friday. He came out the next day on Saturday, late afternoon, and fixed it in about an hour. He also gave me some great advice on upkeep and maintenance. Highly recommended and will use again if we have a need (but hopefully we don't, ha)."
