"The repairman’s attitude and demeanor was a -1!!!! Which is what I didn’t like about this business. He spent too much time arguing his knowledge of his work; how long he’s been working for Sears and “warning” us of the high labor costs as though to insinuate that we couldn’t afford it and then concluding by saying, “It must be nice to have it like that after we said that we were okay with paying the labor costs. We apprised him of another job that we needed to have done. But after his condescending attitude we’re choosing to find another contractor. He performed his work satisfactorily."
