"After years of the maintaining my system it looked like this. Reliant re-leveled my system, other maintenance, and would came out to do twice a year tune ups but some how when my motor went out the warranty company did not cover it because of the build up on the wires around the motor were not cleaned, which is what Reliant was supposed to be doing. In the end I had to pay Reliant additional money (~$600) to replace a part they were supposed to be cleaning anyway. They gave me a partial discount since they were not doing what they should have been doing with the Hero club tune ups. I am also having issues with getting a refund on my Hero club fees that I asked them to cancel last year. Instead they keep sending me links to schedule a tune up appointment. PS Reliant installed this system in this new house when I first brought it, so I thought it would be okay that they maintain it but I guess I was wrong."
