"Would give 6 or 7 stars if able to. Called Icon yesterday evening after discovering a leak in my front flower bed, had to turn the water off to the entire house. Condy came out within 30 min, at 6pm. Let that sink in for a moment...how often can you find a plumber to come out within 30 min that doesn't ask you for a $250 emergency call fee. He showed up, diagnosed the problem in about two minutes and said he'd get to work. "I'll get this done tonight for you and have your water back on in a couple of hours." Turned out to be a leak about 4 feet down on the mainline to the house. He absolutely delivered, and the price was great, very competitive. Highly recommend Icon."
