"Technician performed diagnostics to determine why wall button stopped working. He believed that the lock feature had been enabled. Therefore, he erased the memory of all devices. He diagnosed the problem as a defective wall button. He replaced the garage door button but took two garage door openers. Technician programmed the remotes after erasing device memory. Not sure why technician took remotes and lied about asking for them. I believed he took them by mistake and called company. Company said “Good afternoon, after much research it has been determined that the technician does not have the remotes nor took the remotes. When replacing a wall button the remotes are not needed; therefore, it makes sense that he would not have them. He did go ahead and searched his van multiple times and could not find them as well just to be sure. We can send you a link to purchase new remotes if you are unable to find them; however, since we never took them we cannot provide you with new remotes free of charge. We appreciate your understanding. - VGD CS Management”."
