"I'm very surprised at how many people have given this company 5 stars! Of course, I might have in the past. I have used them before and they came highly recommended. I first called on a Thursday afternoon and was told I would get a call-back for an appointment. Either they weren't using the company number and didn't leave a message or no one called me back. I called the following Monday and made an appointment. They told me 8:45 on Wednesday. No one showed up. I finally called at 9:45 and got lots of excuses why they weren't on time. The repair person didn't arrive until almost 10. Most services give you a courtesy call to say they are on their way. I received no call for that or to say they were going to be late. They replaced a garbage disposal. That night, I realized something was leaking. I called early the next morning (8:00) and was told that my number would be passed on the office. At 9:00 I called again and asked if I was on the schedule. She said all she could do was pass my name on to the office again. So at 11:45, I called again. The man I spoke with said he would get me in today and someone would call me when they were on the way. Second repair person came around 3:00 without calling. He replaced some PVC but it was leaking after he left. The next person that called around 4 pm wanted to schedule an appointment for the next day, a Friday. I told them I couldn't be home before 4 and he said he'd call the next day. He didn't call back so I called around 9:30 see if I was on the schedule. The man who answered acted annoyed that I called but I hadn't been told if someone was coming out. I gave them 1 star because the first repair person was very friendly. The phone people acted annoyed each time I called back and I'll say the feeling was mutual. If you are willing to put up with the lack of communication and the disrespect, these are your folks. UPDATE: I talked to a friend of mine who had a kitchen redo. Her contractor used this company and she wasn't impressed with their work. Maybe they have enough business through the contractor, they don't need regular customers."

Justin was very helpful in getting someone out to my address, and Jesse and Pablo were both prompt and efficient in getting the work done same day.
