"I took my phone to get the screen repaired. The initially told me over the phone it would be $300 and when I said that was too much they brought the price down to $220. I dropped my phone off and they told me it would be 2hrs. I came back in 2hrs and a different guy came to the front of the store and told me it would be another hr. Once that hour was up I came back and they told me that the $220 was only if I used cash. I told them it would be on card and so the price was raised to $238. I paid it since the repairs appeared to be completed and I had left work to pick it up. Later that night I noticed that my phone died on 13%. That has never happened before. I waited a day to see if the problem would stop but now my phones won’t charge past 20 and it dies on 10%. I took my phone back and explained the problem and I was told that I needed a new battery. My battery was fine before they fixed the screen and now all of a sudden it’s bad. I check my phone settings and my max battery capacity is 77%. I showed him and he said that it needs to be at 80% or it’ll die like that. I know better than that so I went back and forth with him but he insisted that was the case. I then asked him “if a person has a 75% battery capacity then their phone would die at 20%?” To which he responded “yes”. That math doesn’t even add up. I told him it was because the screen they put on my phone was not up to code and it’s draining my battery and he told me that the screen has nothing to do e battery. Which also doesn’t make sense because the battery is what makes the screen work. After about 25min of back and forth he offered me a “discount” on a new battery. Which confirmed that they are scammers and this is how they get people to spend more money. & the discounted battery price he offered was $75. The original price they wanted to repair the screen was $300. They dropped it to $238, then wanted to charge me $75 for a battery which would bring my total spent with back to the original $300 plus some. I also noticed that their online reviews are fake and made to boost their star rating on google. & just a side note, my phone has been on the charger the entire time I’ve been typing this and my phone is still on 13% and has not changed. They need to be shut down!! I also reported them to BBB"

"Crazy story but my husband accidentally ran over his phone and we thought the phone was done for until we came here and they quickly helped us right away! They fixed my phone in less than an hour and they have great prices too! They were soooo nice and they even put in a Free glass protector for his screen! They had everything i needed including a new phone case for his phone and a car charger! Worth it! Go check them out!"
