"I had the pleasure of being helped by Alfonso tonight, and that gentleman deserved high praise. My phone charging port wasn't working, and I was running out of battery. Verizon sent me to the Grand Prairie store to get my phone fixed, but they did not have the part in stock. They sent me to the Mansfield store, telling me to get there by 5 pm and they could fix it. (Despite Alfonso telling them that he couldn't get to it tonight...but they did not relay that to me) I walked in and Alfonso was immediately pleasant and helpful. He initially told me that they closed at 6 and had several orders in front of me so he likely wouldn't be able to get to me tonight. However, he went out of his way to fit me in, work quickly and get my phone fixed. He was so helpful, pleasant and kind, even in the face of a very stressed customer (me). I cannot say how incredibly thankful I am for his service and patience and willingness to help me."
