Both of my 40+yr old outside faucets were leaking and they scheduled Evan to come out the next day to assess the problem. He was very thorough with explaining the options to me. We scheduled the work and Evan kept me informed with everything he was doing while he was doing it. Evan was very competent and efficient with his work I appreciate how personable he was as well. "If you are looking for a first class business then look no further. We contacted KMP over the Christmas holidays for a water leak in a rental property & they got out to us in no time. The communication was far superior then any other plumbing company we have dealt with. The text notifications were very helpful keeping us in the loop. The BEST part of the texts were they sent a picture of the technician that would be coming to meet my elderly mother which was so helpful. Then when Steven showed up he was so kind in working with my mother and ensuring she knew exactly what was going on during the process. On top of that, they followed up with me as well to ensure she understood in moving forward. I can't say enough great things about KMP. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to receive the part that was under warranty. He came out a couple of days later and installed the new part. Everything went smoothly.
