"I’ve been really disappointed with this company. Today, the employee stepped in poop and smeared it off all over our concrete by the pool. We have tons of grass and gravel, but we watched as he scraped it off on our pool walkway. Also, we put a pool cover on in the fall but continued paying over $300 for them to come out, check the levels, add zero chemicals, and leave. I called in November to see if there was a discount and was told it should have started as soon as the tech saw the cover. But she also told us we need to call to check. (??) We were overpaying for the winter service. We were told the owner would call us regarding a refund or credit and never got a call. The cost during the summer makes a little more sense as they clean the pool and actually work. But watching guys come out, bend down, and walk away without so much as adding a chemical or taking out a leaf is NOT worth hundreds a month. Unfortunately I’ll be calling to cancel my service tomorrow."

Brandon completed all of the work on time and stayed within the estimated budget so we are 100% satisfied with their service.
