"Calverley sold me a new heat pump system in July 2021. I'm completely satisfied with it. It has been saving me money every month since it was installed. I made an appointment for a spring "tune up" and Micah Green arrived within the window of time allotted. Micah was very professional, courteous and respectful of myself and my house. Being an Engineer by trade I was very curious about the cooling system and what was involved in this Spring Tune Up that Calverley offered. I asked Micah many questions and he took the time necessary to explain in detail what he was doing and why. "Please!!! If they offer you their Advantage Program Agreement, make sure you read that first page CAREFULLY. They will have paying total amount more than what they quoted you. Especially the elderly people.. I do not trust there sales department at all..... We were being charged $45,000.00 for 10 years at $379.96. The sales person told us it would be $22000.00. They were going to install it the next day. WHY!!! so fast. We are glad that we read our contract that night and emailed the sales person that night to cancel our contract asap. Their technicians are great...it's their sales department. They talk real fast and it sounds good."
