"My family and I were headed to Colorado for Christmas vacation in our Tiffin Phaeton 40IH and we got a check engine light and the code from the diagnostic panel indicated a def problem. We still a long way to go so thought it was best to seek out help from Cummins. After arriving at the facility a service member came out with his scanning tool to retrieve the code. A few minutes later he came back with a technician and a laptop. He checked the version of the ECM and realized that there has been an updated version that he ultimately up loaded to the newest version. They we ran a regeneration test to see if it would pass. Lucky it passed and 3 hours later we were back on the road. They were very helpful and went out of their way to get us back on the road."

"I had a heating problem on my semi truck took it to Cummings they said it could be the thermostat or radiator. So I just got the thermostat replaced thay said fixed the problem well it didn't truck still gets hot up to 200 degrees l turn on the fans too cool it down and it doesn't cool it down very fast.I called them back and told them to have the super visor to call me back and they didn't now they are closed. No call back great."
