I left a detailed message with the scheduler on the day of our appointment to see if they would let us know when we could expect their arrival, but no call back. I think we may have been skipped because our repair was unlikely to cost much and their tech worked on more profitable jobs instead. It all worked out ok, since we called another company and they promptly replaced our faucet for less."
