"I contacted Ron on the advice of another customer. My upstairs AC blew out during one of the 100+ deg day streaks we had in the D/FW. Ron sent Brett, who quickly determined that it was a blown capacitor. The service was exceptional! Brett recommended a better capacitor, and when it was not found in stock, traveled all the way from the midcities area to Lake Worth to retrieve it, on a Friday, at five o'clock, so that we could begin cooling our home. Amazing service and going the extra mile - will be contacting them for all our heating and cooling needs."
