"Gabi and Merwin did my service. They were very good communicators and explained very patiently all my service issues and exactly what the costs would be. They notified me when they were going off the clock to lunch and when they came back. The repairs were quick and timely. I was so impressed with their work and attitude that I had them do some additions to my old system. I will definitely use this company again when the need arises."

"The crew initially came out and gave me an estimate of about $1100 for the repair and I approved it. However after the repair they sent me an invoice for over $1500. I had to contact them several times before someone responded and they finally lowered the bill back to the original estimate. The work they did was also not satisfactory. The crew left a broken valve and many sprinkler heads leaking. This water leak caused the water bill to double. Then they sent me another estimate for $900 to repair the damage they caused. When I asked why they sent me another estimate, I was informed that those services were optional because the tenant who lived in the house was "unhappy" with the type of sprinkler heads they had installed. I had also hired them to work on another property. At that location the crew left some wires exposed to rain and heat. How can someone claim to be experienced and not pay attention to such things which could lead to serious issues ??? To me it seemed like the person who I spoke with did not know what was going on and was giving out incorrect information. I would not hire them again."

"Company came out and quoted me a price estimate for 4 line items on sprinkler repair then charged additional $200 for services on 8 line items. Felt very bait and switch to recommend a list of items with 1 price then add on additional items to get more money. A friend that didn't check their work nor did that person know there was a price discrepancy actually paid them on my behalf since I had to leave due to them taking longer to complete their work than what they expected (which they charged me for by the way), and they got a tip! In addition, they left a mess with plants they pulled up and left the old parts they took out of the sprinkler heads and some of the wiring in my yard too. Called to reconcile and they sent some nice guys out who cleaned up the yard but didn't care to address the discrepancies between line item charges. Wish I never dealt with this company."
