"I needed to have a broken screen for an iPhone X replaced. The one Apple store in my area was too far away to get there on my break. I had seen "phone repair" signs on the"right down the street" Batteries Plus store. I made an appointment online for which i received a $10 coupon. I was checked in quickly when i arrived and my phone was repaired in about an hour. Great service and very professional employees! I hope not to need repairs on my phone again, but if I did i would return to this store."
"I scheduled my appointment @ 11:30 on Sunday the 17th. When I got there two other customers were waiting on their phone repair. It took over 40 minutes before the technician could get started. He only took a few minutes to make the repair, replacing the battery on my iPhone, and I would have been in and out sooner if he would have honored the scheduled appointment time. I received a ten dollar discount for booking the appointment beforehand but it seems to me it wasn't necessary other than the discount. I believe that Batteries + is a wonderful place with very good prices but I believe that with an appointment it should have superseded any walk in."
