We received at least one video per day of our pup and could truly enjoy our vacation with a peace of mind knowing our dog was in amazing care! "Amazing facility and staff! They treated all four of our pups like family! I was very nervous to board two of my pups since they have never been boarded and one of them has a medical issue. My pup with a medical issue takes meds twice daily and is on 6-8 pills each time. I was so worried and nervous about the administration of these meds. Jeremy made me feel at ease and assured me that everything would be fine and I had nothing to worry about! He was spot on! I really didn’t need to worry one bit. I got updates and videos from them which I really appreciated. I’m not sure if they did that because of me being a worry wort or not, but it made me feel so much better to see how happy they were, and that they were being pet and played with! All of them were wagging their tails and I could tell they were truly happy pups! Everyone there is kind and compassionate to us humans and our fur babies! We have definitely found our forever boarding place. I highly, highly recommend Hound Haus for all of your boarding needs!!! They won’t let you down. I have boarded at other places around town and my dogs did not come back happy at all. They sure came back happy and healthy from Hound Haus. Thank you Jeremy and everyone at Hound Haus! Y’all truly are the BEST! Our pups say thank you as well."

"I can’t say enough about Hound Haus. My two doodles stayed here for a week over Thanksgiving. Jeremy was very helpful from the moment I contacted Hound Haus. He squeezed my boys in on short notice and made it really easy getting all the required documents turned in. I received a video of my pups running around playing with new friends every day to include Thanksgiving day. He even worked with me on picking them up over a weekend. They are more than accommodating. We had such a great experience and I will definitely recommend Hound Haus for your fur babies."
