"I'm looking for a reverse osmosis system. They have a full page on their website about water filters. I called them and they could not quote a price. It is simple. I know that the system is $150 or so, and installation is an hour. I have had this done before. She said they would charge a trip fee of $69, then tell me what it would cost for installation. They do not give hourly rates. They do not carry the filters at their company. Why are they advertising this service? I would have to pay a trip fee to find out what they would charge me. So $70 to get a price. They could quote a flat price and get plenty of customers, but they prefer to play games."
