"I went there yesterday with my dog (first time at this location) everything was amazing! The facility was clean everyone was super friendly. John was the vet tech that helped me and he was absolutely amazing he answered all of my questions and you could tell he loves what he does there."

"Both my dog and I were traumatized upon visiting the facility in Pasadena. While my dog is large he is not aggressive what so ever. He interacted with complete strangers in the waiting area. Upon entry into the examination room for a check up the Veterinarian wanted him muzzled. This did not go well! No exam was conducted. I will find a facility that does not require non aggressive animal to be muzzled."

"Don't take your pet to Dr. McPhee. She is a trash vet and will send you away because she's lazy and doesn't want to be bothered with you or your pet. Took my dog in for a comprehensive exam and chronic trouble with her ears. Six hours later, I get a call from a tech telling me she doesn't know anything so when I arrive to pick up my dog, I ask to speak with Dr. McPhee. After nearly 30 minutes of waiting, she comes out with attitude when I ask what was seen in her ears because she billed for it and she tells me that she doesn't know because she didnt put it on a microscope. My dogs ears are BLEEDING and I wasn't even worthy of a call to discuss it further. I'm sure she slept her way through vet school because there's no way this level of incompetence actually earned a degree. Save yourself and your pet from this waste of time and take them to a real vet."

"Thank you to everyone at Banfield today for saving my chewiee! My dog got into something very toxic and his system was shutting down very rapidly. I can't express to you how the front desk girls were very on their game. They immediately saw how sick he was checked his gums and rapidly took him back for treatment. Ashley and Chelsea I cannot express how helpful you girls were, specially since I was a crying mess, handling my chewiee so delicately. He was so very ill. You girls are professional very sensitive and compassionate. I cannot tell you enough about Adelaide Harrington Vet who treated chewiee. She saved his life within hours, he was back jumping around wagging his tail and giving kisses. Mrs. Adelaide Harrington was informative very sensitive to the matter and explained everything very thoroughly to me on the treatment.
