"Now I know why the room fee was so cheap . Paid $60 . The rooms were filthy . The toilet did not flush . The bathroom door was rusted and like someone punched it . There was hair on the Tub . Don't get me started w the breakfast . No effort to have clients return . We usually visit the Deerpark la Quinta . I would recommend 100 times over this hotel or motel . Location is horrible . People walking around the area . Front desk was in her cell every time we passed . Did not greet at all . No comparison w the la Quinta Deerpark. For 13 more dollars u get way better rooms and service ."
"Hallways smelled like urine, from people letting their pets do their thing. One washing machine, dryer and ice machine for the whole place. Used to have them on every floor. People running around with open beer, no shirts or shoes, and the desk clerk not saying a word to them. She was very hard to understand; Heavy African accent. This place makes Palace Inn look good."
"So over all, go somewhere else! You can tell the place has been around the block. AC leaking on the floor, fridge not working, hot tub luke warm. Musky smell in the room. By far not the worse that I have stayed in, but probably won't get my return business mainly due to being able to get better deals with better quality. Just not impressed! Originally I was happy with the service but that crashed and burned when we were checking out. Customer service is just horrible. Better choices for better prices!!!"
