"Numerous issues with the rooms. Bathroom door wouldn't close completely and toilet wouldn't flush. Front desk showed us how to be our own plumber, but fixed the issue later. Checking in was a hassel. Front desk person didn't put us in adjoining rooms that we reserved 5 months ago. He seemed like he wasn't very knowledgeable about his job. First key card we got didn't work, he said to jiggle the knob. Was not the knob, was the lock! Wouldn't turn from red to green with key card. How does jiggling the knob fix that?"

"The motel manager was not a kind man by no means. I checked in for one night cause I was leaving out of town the next day. Well I got a call that that my ride was gonna pick me up a little later than my check out time. So I woke up early the next day and called the front desk and asked the lady that answered if I could have a late check out and explained my situation and she gave me til 12:30. Well at 12 the manager that checked me in came banging on my door tell me check out was at 11am and it was 12 already and his cleaning lady was waiting on me cause she needed to clean my room since I was staying another night.i told him I called and got approved for a late check out at 12:30 but he didn't care, Mind you I'm still in my sleeping clothes but have everything almost all packed back up and I have my clothes for the day out ready to get dressed after my shower that I was supposed to take. But instead the guy just stood there in my room telling me I need to hurry and get out and I told him well I need to change are you gonna stand there and watch me do that also??? Long story short ILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!!!"

"There are just no words . Poop and mold on the walls in the bathroom. Stained sheets and a rude lady at the front desk. Still no pool!!!! This hotel needs shut down The owners clearly could care less after reading the other reviews it seems the owner hasnt improved anything"

"A disaster. We reserve directly from the Wyndham site. The hotel promise a pool and spa. The description explicitly said that the hotel counted with a pool and offered pictures of said pool. We have two kids 10 and 4. So they were pretty excited. Imagine our surprise when we arrive and found out that there was no pool at all. Even the employee at the front desk told us that he was aware that the reservation site offered the service even when they didn't have it. Since the reservation was non refundable we didn't have any other choice but to stay. The room was ok. Nothing special. The beds were made in a hurry apparently and messy. We found several items left behind by the previous guests like hair scrunchies etc. We didn't have shampoo nor conditioner. We are extremely upset . The breakfast consisted in only coffee and waffles. No juice No yogurt NO milk No cereal No fruit NOTHING FOR THE KIDS. This was a SCAM. SIMPLE A SCAM. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIS HOTEL IS NOT KIDS FRIENDLY."
