Motel 6 Pasadena, TX

"Do not stay here and make sure you got the right address! Just pulling up to this place was suspicious but I was tired and need rest(didn’t get any)! No complimentary breakfast just coffee! Felt like the floor was wet and slippery in the room, damp air, sheets were dirty from dirty hands who put them on! Scratched up door and door frame in the bathroom! If you absolutely have to stay here please arm yourself all the way to your room and keep it next to your bed locked and loaded!"

"Me and my co-workers' rooms were infested with roaches. We informed the front desk and were told that they would handle it. For the rest of my stay, we continued to have this issue, and they never talked to us about it again, and we decided that it was pointless to bring it up again. If that weren't enough, the staff decided to remove a vending machine at 11pm; not with a dolly, but by pushing it by hand, making the loudest, fingers down a chalkboard kind of noise. It was, without a doubt, the loudest thing that I've ever heard in a hotel in all of my traveling days. Other than that, my room was pretty big with a full sized refrigerator, had a kitchen sink and a range."

"Specifically, Mary, over night has wonderful customer service skills. This motel is hassle free, the staff stay out of your business, and it's quite. Reasonable price with an open pool. Edit- Upon my second attempt to stay at this motel... I booked a room online thru the Motel 6 website. My card was charged on site, and the pre-authorization charge was more than I had in my account. My card was declined. I was not able to rent the room, and I left. THE VERY NEXT morning, MY CARD WAS CHARGED AGAIN! And this time, the charges went thru. $40.94!! I have called customer service EVERY SINGLE DAY SINCE then and have gotten NO HELP WHATSOEVER to get the money back!!! At this point, I'd like to warn others from booking online with this company. If anything goes wrong, your card may still be charged and you will have hell getting back your money. I'm filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission & the BBB. It was much more easier for this company to simply return the money they had no business charging my card after the fact."

"I've been staying here for a few weeks now and I have no complaints. The front desk people are always kind, the room cleaning is great and I always get fresh towels and sheets/blankets. I definitely recommend staying here."

"I booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were king beds. When I arrived at a hotel I was given a room with 2 double beds. Everyone knows the king room cost more yet I was given the one with less beds. Now I keep my expectations low, because this is a motel 6 after all. However, I chose a non-smoking room but it clearly been smoked in. She beds were dirty, I could scrape some crusty substance off with my fingernail, and then all the sheets had cigarette burns.... I thought it was a non smoking room, apparently that doesn't mean anything. Light Flickr, walls are filthy, furniture falling apart, tub has black stains. I know this isn't a Marriott like I typically stay at, but I mean the room being clean should be a basic at any hotel/motel."
