"Kanani at Loka Studios is an awesome Yoga instructor that volunteers her time and energry to the military family through Operation Comfort Yoga sessions on Tuesdays. She is very knowledgeable and share her knowledge with us. I have completed a private 1-on-1 session with Kanani and she had me do a Dosha quiz prior to the appointment which gave me a lot of insight on why my pain levels were flaring up! Overall, Kanani has been a superstar! Highly recommend!"

In each session, teachers ask about student's current conditions and provide prompts during the practice so that we are aware of posture and what our body is telling us. With Zoom classes I can keep up my practice from home and when I am out of town. I like that every class is different - we're not doing the same routine each time."
