In grief counseling, we help clients cope with loss and find new meaning, insight, and purpose in life. Many of our clients are Asian American and BIPOC individuals seeking support with family issues, cultural differences, or general life stressors. We strive to provide a safe space where clients can work towards their personal, professional, and relationship goals.
If you feel isolated, anxious, or depressed, and are ready to start thriving instead of just surviving, we are here to help you better understand the root causes of these emotions. Our eclectic approach includes attachment and systems theory, internal family systems, EMDR, somatic therapy, and neurobiology to create corrective experiences with our clients.
We offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation to discuss the support you need and determine if our services are a good fit for you. Effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship between client and therapist. We look forward to learning more about you and supporting you on your journey to wellness.
