"These apartments are really easy to get into but when it comes to moving out they make it hard and try to get as much money as possible out off u I do not recommend moving in this place they are crooks and feed off the younger ones bc they feel there more dumb to this type of situation DONT DO IT"

"Robert Greskoviak himself is a great kind hearted person! Does a decent job maintaining multiple buildings and businesses! Only issue I’ve ever had was his two managers that work for him, poor attitude but there’s always room for improvement, Greskoviak rentals was my very first apartment I’ve ever lived in (main st , Racine wi) the building had great character wasn’t your typical “cookie cutter” apartment and that’s what we loved about it! If some things were to change I’d love to live there in a heart beat again! I think Greskoviak rentals is a great place for anyone who’s just starting to get out on their own! Not to mention you couldn’t beat the prices for a one or two bedroom!"

"It was my first apartment and it was a horrible experience right from the get go. Luckily we were able to get out of our lease early as our apartment was "in demand." Robert and his crew definitely took advantage of us being young and naive. Had I known what I know now I definitely would have slapped him with a lawsuit. Live and learn, but don't give your money to this guy."

"Update: Yes, I was a tenant from 2011-2012 and lived in Racine, Wisconsin from 2011-2017. You're in the business of rental property, you should know people move. I guess another reason not to rent here, they remove all the bad reviews and claim you were never a tenant. DO NOT RENT from these slumlords unless you want bed bugs. Lived in a Racine building. Everything seemed fine when I first moved into a studio. The lease stated clearly they have a two strikes you're out policy with police being called to your apartment. Had to call the police on an extremely horrible upstairs neighbor four times because whenever we tried to rationally talk to him about his noise or domestic abuse at night he threatened to kill us. Kevin the manager did nothing about it and did not follow the lease policy they said they enforced. He still lived there when we moved out. No pet policy as well, neighbors had animals in the building and Kevin knew. Never salted the parking lot, fell numerous times and couldn't get my car out of the lot. Bed bugs in the building were the last straw for me. Their solution to bed bugs was "put your sheets in the dryer". I work in an environment that deals with bed bugs on a regular basis, I know how they are properly removed and they followed none of the procedures to remove them because they didn't want to pay for it. Tried telling the manager and his wife that spraying was not enough, and they told me I was crazy and had no idea what I was talking about. Had to break the lease that week, which I have never done, because I couldn't stand the thought of living in a bed bug infested property any longer. I understand that anyone can get bed bugs, but their lack of professionalism to eradicate them properly is what angered me the most. I paid rent on time every month and was treated horribly."

"You'll have to clean the apartment before moving in, they don't clean a single thing. They'll not give you your deposit back after you move out claiming it's dirty, even though they don't clean it after you're out. They let scum bags who are loud in here, seems to be their preference. I wouldn't ever consider recommending anyone move into this dump."
