"Apartments are spacious. The rooms are large, nice wood flooring. Counters in kitchen and bathrooms are a nice granite. The apartment was renovated, but the appliances are dated. Refrigerator is a basic bottom of the line fridge. Management at the complex is great, friendly and responsive. The only negative is the lack of visitors parking in the immediate area."
"Our two years at Villa Royale was a great experience , made possible by Lisa and her team of Maintenance staff (Miguel and Ralf). There were no issues in our two year stay there and if anything small came up, Lisa took care of it immediately. She is a an excellent Property Manager with a balanced and mature approach to problem solving. Her caring yet no-nonsense approach makes her very efficient and effective. If we ever need to go back to living in an apartment, it will be Villa Royale, managed by Lisa and her team!"
"Beautifully remodeled with hardwood floors throughout. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has incredible cabinet and counter space, with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Amazing amount of storage. The property managers and maintenance are friendly and helpful. We love living here."
"We just signed our third lease here and love it! Our apartment is huge and spacious, we love the layout. There are NO other apartments around here that can compare, NONE. Plus, we have a garage, and our designated parking space is right in front of our door. Maintenance is amazing. When it snows, the snow is cleared right away, I locked myself out of the apartment once when we first moved in and maintenance came very late at night to let me in. Landscaping is kept up very well during the summer, it always looks very nice. The office staff is great, very friendly. Our neighbors are very friendly as well. I have zero complaints about this apartment complex, there is nothing that would make me want to leave here. Oh, the pool and fitness areas are amazing.. I've held a small party in the community room and it was great, such a nice feature to have! I have no idea how anyone can have any complaints about Villa Royale, seriously. My name is Amber Kindle and this is a REAL review! =)"
