Brentwood Place Apartments

"Great place to live and the staff working on site are top notch. John is the maintenance manager and he will be so quick and effective you’ll have a new standard of maintenance and repair that no other place will live up to. They’re very accommodating and that’s all besides the fact that the apartments have great updated windows, the construction is very well done. I recommend relocating to Brentwood Place as this was the 6th apartment complex that I’ve lived at. I paid slightly less for a 2 bedroom here in Brentwood than a 1 bedroom in chesterfield. Can’t be beat. The location is number 1. Safe neighborhood, good people living here."

"Very affordable place and has been overall well-kept given that it's an older building. However, this does mean that it gets warmer than newer apartments. Was able to get around this by running a standalone AC unit in additon to the central air during the heat wave to get around 70F temperatures. No issues with roaches or pests throughout the year. Reasonably quiet throughout the day. Internet is AT&T fiber optic so it was great for my situation. Parking is free and there's always a place to park, just sometimes you'll park a bit further away from your unit. No issues with power as most of the rooms are on 15A circuits. Circuitbreaker is outside and user accessible. Overall great place if you're looking to stay in Brentwood for ~$1000/mo for a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Management has switched since I signed my lease. It was hard to get in touch with the leasing office previously during that time (it's essentially ran by 2 people), so maybe that will improve this time around but I am unsure. However, maintenance has been pretty good at maintaining the place and nobody has been switched out on that front."

"After going through the frustrating process of trying to find an apartment, I eventually found Brentwood Place Apartments. When I called the complex, I was delighted to speak to Melanie (Property Manager). She was the property manager at a previous apartment complex where I lived and she played a vital part in making my application and move-in process a positive experience and this time was no different. I scheduled an apartment viewing the next day and then I was able to apply and move-in to an apartment by that next week. It has been a couple of months now since then and everything has been going smoothly. In addition to Melanie, the rest of the office staff is really great as well and are always quick to respond with any questions I have. Maintenance was also quick to respond when I had an issue. The laundry facilities are nice, clean, and there is always an available washer/dryer ready to use. There is a parking lot near the apartments that is well lit so I feel safe whenever I come home after dark and I have an easy time finding a parking spot. The complex itself is safe, quiet, and the neighbors I have met are very kind. Overall living at Brentwood Place Apartments has been a great experience!"

"I’ve been living here for a whole year ! & I can say I love these apartments . It was rocky at first with a guy they had on staff that didn’t seem to answer calls but now they have some wonderful ladies that are so kind, helpful and on it ! . John is in charge of maintenance and he is incredible !! He is always on property ready to help and jump on things. He fixes things quickly!! Another quick thing that I love is how Dog friendly these apartments are . John makes it his Personal responsibility to care and meet all dogs in the complex, he always gives them treats & he is very loved by them. One more quick side note is the apartments offer a rewards program where each week or month you have the opportunity to play games & win gift cards by posting pictures, voting and answering pull questions , you can even win a couple hundreds off rent , it’s pretty fun and a great way to involve everyone . I know there has been a couple comments on safety , I want to say that these apartments take that seriously ! Cops come by every night to make sure the whole neighborhood is safe. Overall it’s a great place to live and affordable. A lot of people can complain about construction however they are building a huge park across the street & from these apartments we have full access to it through the walkway they have opened going under Manchester road. This neighborhood is beautiful , people are always walking their dogs , kids are playing outside , there’s a couple parks & trails just up the road , grocery stores are close , target is up the road along with many other places as well . These apartments are overall a great location & place to live . I wanted to make sure I posted this message in detail that is why it’s so long . I hope this helps"

"The worst and most ghetto apartments to live in, in Brentwood. Besides it not being safe anymore from break ins, ppl trying to set fire to the laundry mat machine to steal the money and police running around the parking lot with rifles, not hand guns but rifles with more than 10 cop cars inside the complex and surrounding the outside of the building is ridiculous. With complaints to management and corporate I was told they had no idea (even tho the leasing manager lived on the property)and only found out weeks after the fact and once they found out nothing was done anyway. This company does NOT care about their residents especially the ones who have been around for more than 15 years. Corporate doesn’t remember important conversations with their residents.Staff will curse at you and take things personal when brining up issues and never answer the phone or return phone calls when detailed messages are left. Staff also talks about personal resident business to other residents.Pool never is functioning and filthy & laundry mat trashed often. They have no real organization and sadly this establishment has gone down tremendously over the last few years. Save your money and don’t consider this spot. There are other apartments and condos in Brentwood. Mills property is horrible."
