"I have friends who live at Charless and the tenants are very displeased with the manager, Anita. She treats them like dirt. When they ask her something or have an issue Anita says, " it's not my job". Or yells at them to leave her office"

"Been here since it opened, matter of fact, I'm the very first tenant as of April 28th, 2017...I truly love my place and I love this complex...only mishap to me I'd the parking out back for tenants...hate it when it rains cause its a distance to entrance...also what I definitely dont like is when outside public that tenants know come here and wash their clothing in our laundry rooms,even tho cameras are installed everywhere it doesn't deter this problem. Eventually these outsiders or even the tenants will have this service because they will be replaced with coin operated machines...due from wear and tear...it always happens!"
"If you're 55, and live without drama this will be a nice place for you no smoking in your apartment but smoking area on the grounds, secure parking gated with remote nice if you like deep Southside of St.Louis?"
