"Highly highly recommend you consider this as your next apartment and here’s why: Living space: Living room is adequate for a single person. The bathroom is huge which is awesome. The bedroom fit a queen, TV stand and a dog crate comfortable. The closet is fairly standard. Noise: I never heard a single sound from any of my neighbors in two years. Awesome if you like you peace and quite. Location: If your a student, this is about as close as you can get to SLU and it’s the best bang for the buck IMO for comparable units in the area. Easy highway access as well. Central West, Downtown, and Soulard are all within a quick Uber ride. Management: The main point I want to drive home is how amazing management is. Jeanne is absolutely wonderful. In fact, she goes above and beyond in her duties as property manager. She treats everyone with respect and ensures any issues you may have are taken care of quickly. Summary: If this apartment isn’t for you, I at least recommend you look at their other properties. You won’t regret it!"

"The property manager is the best and is incredibly responsive. Laid back environment and noise control is great. Many of the rooms don’t have windows though which is a downfall. Definitely the best priced apartments around SLU too!"

"My experience living here was fine. It was very clean when I moved in and people were very attentive when a problem occurred. But don't let them lie to you the place is somewhat sound proof but you can most def. hear the club below. I talk to the girl who lived directly above it and she complained A LOT about how loud it was and she couldn't wait for her move out day. The garage is nice but watch your car that baby is TIGHT I saw too many people get their car scratched in the place with the super tight turns. I had a three bed by fluke because they thought they have a one. The three bed is basically a long hallway with your three jail cell I mean, bedrooms and a very small living space called a family room. The rooms are tiny if you have a queen there is no room for a dresser. It's made for twins really. The reason I give it three stars is one, for a 500 some sq. ft. One bed, no way in hell should you be able to charge around a $1000 with NO amenities. The gym they give u is downtown on wash ave so its not like u can just walk right down. No pool. Parking is an extra cost of $100. They preach free wifi but it's super super slow and trash. And my biggest beef is they used my apartment as a show apartment, even have my pictures on their website and they did not give me my full deposit back. I left that place SPOTLESS even changed there stove liners and completely took apart the fridge to clean the inside. I talked to the cleaning lady she said she appreciated all me and my mom were doing so she didn't have too. But I get my deposit & they are $125 short. Talking about, it rare to get it back. Uhhhh no it's not, out of my three apartments I have always gotten my FULL deposit back. I was a good tenant and you use mine for show I deserve it back! Just because you rent to a lot of student doesn't mean You can take advantage of the situation. I was very disappointed in my closure with this company unfortunately. So I suggest to all those keep looking you can find a bigger, better space for less $$$ and amenities. Good luck!"
