"My apartment looks decent. But it’s the little things that are important. I've been here since 2020 & I still have the same issues now in 2023(going on 2024). Loads of spiders, silverfish bugs, & my A/C. Upstairs in my unit is hot as hell, but for the past month the A/C started off blowing warm air. They claimed to have fixed it but it doesn’t blow anything but you can hear it running. For some reason they always rush & never make sure it’s done completely. Ms. Jamie does try to get back to you & tries to get it done but the job still isn’t complete. I’ve done everything to keep the spiders out & for some reason it’s still loads of huge spiders all over my house. Even in the light fixture. I’ve filled holes, I bomb the unit constantly, I spray orkin constantly, used remedies. Nothing works. I’ve even requested to have the holes filled in my utility closet. I have my vents covered with mesh so nothing gets out. At this point I just don’t know. As far as the A/C in my unit, I’ve been complaining since I’ve been here. It works sometimes, sometimes it doesn’t. Takes forever for unit to cool down. But now it doesn’t work at all. I’ve been gone for a month and assumed that it had been fixed but nope, my children & I are baking. & anyone with a brick house knows that if it’s hot outside it’s hotter in the house. Same for cold weather. They do not have a 24 hour maintenance line, which also sucks. That means we'll be baked until Monday smh. I wish I had a pic of how huge the spiders are."

From the management to my neighbors and the area it’s very quite surprisingly given it being in the city it’s everything for real jamie was a great help with everything from the tour to the professionalism to staying on top of getting me moved in once again I am inlove!!!!"

"I have been trying to get in touch with the property manager for days and have placed over 40 calls this month with only about 3-4 responses. I was approved for the apartment but could not place a deposit due to no responses from the staff as well as being told to place a deposit w/o ever viewing an apartment. Drove there as well multiple times at sat for 30-40 min each time during office hours also with no response just to be told the apartment was given away because it was first come first serve. This service is ridiculous I would not recommend for anyone"
