"Everyone is has already said this but Lillie is A1!!! She makes these lofts stand out in a city filled new developments. She very responsive when you need something and resolves things fast. She's also very friendly and approachable. The lofts themselves have lots of personality. They have big windows, exposed brick, and concrete. I love that they're not cookie cutter so the layout of your loft won't look like your neighbors! You can create a vibe and oasis thats totally unique to you and your space!"

"I've been in GW for almost a month now & I have loved every day! When I moved in, I needed a few small maintenance things handled and the property manager, Lillie, handled them all with an awesome sense of urgency and care. Lillie is truly amazing & makes me feel like family. Lillie, the cleaning team, and maintenance team are very present, which makes me feel safer and more comfortable being here. I always trust my needs will be met. Washington is a busy street, so expect some city noise and limited street parking on event weekends. There is a garage for residents, but I use transit. GW is well connected to the 4, 10, and 97 bus routes. GW has everything I needed in a home & I am excited to live here as I've had a great experience so far."

"I have lived in GW Lofts for over 12 years. I’ve gotten to know a few property managers here. Lillie is a pleasure to work with. She’s very energetic and highly considerate of her renters. There are many recent improvements which is prompting this 5 star review. An on-site gym is the best improvement, to me, since moving in. The courtyard area is being completely redone. And thank you to the City of St Louis for redoing Jefferson Ave. Styling is great here, the perfect balance of industrial and modern. The building has a deep history, going back to before and through the 1904 World’s Fair. GW is within walking distance of many businesses and other loft buildings. Generally, neighbors are friendly and respectful of each other. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. The typical city noises have become so expected, I actually miss them when I travel away. Nothing is perfect, but I recommend living here because the overall experience is well worth the cost."

"I have been living here almost a year now and I absolutely love it! I love the parking garage so I don’t have to deal with ice and snow on my car in the winter. The team here is great, maintenance requests are addressed expeditiously, the building is secure so I always feel safe, and all of the tenants that I have come across seem nice. The property manager Lillie is amazing! One of the best parts of living here is knowing I have a great property manager. From the moment I put my application in until now she has always been so kind, helpful, caring and is great with communicating with us. The apartment itself is so cute and comfy and it truly feels peaceful living here. 10/10 definitely recommended!"
