The Victor Apartments 1717 Olive Street, St. Louis, MO 63103

"I've been living at The Victor since early September and it is by far one of the best apartment complexes I have seen, much less lived in. There are so many great amenities such as the gym, golf simulator, theater room, pool, etc. which makes it a perfect spot for my friends to hang out. The staff are super nice/helpful and the building is extremely well kept - everything is always clean and any issues get fixed very quickly. I can confidently recommend The Victor to anyone, which is not something I've been able to say before about previous apartments. You will not be disappointed!"

"I’ve been a resident for a little over one month. I moved here due to the location (being close to work downtown) along with having the convenience of a dog park without having to leave the building (on the roof). A couple of my favorite amentities are the gym, pet spa, and the rooftop. It is winter now, but can not wait for the all sunsets in the spring/summer and sunrises with coffee. The view really is breathtaking. My apartment is the absolute perfect size (extremely large closet for my floor plan). Kayla who works in the office has always been very great with communication whether it’s to handle any questions or even concerns. The only negative I have seen is in the parking garage. Some tenants park in two spots directly between the pillars. I do understand it is an old city building parking garage, but I can fit my large SUV in one spot. Can’t wait to start to see more tenants come through the doors and feel like a community."

"Best place I've lived without a doubt. Amenities are great, and since the units are all new, I haven't run into many issues. Gym is incredible, have only used it a few times but the machines are all high quality and there seems to be at least one of everything. Staff is very friendly, and maintenance was quick to act when I did have an issue."

"The Victor is an ideal place to live. The staff who works here is always super nice and helpful. The apartments are mostly sound proof and you don’t hear your neighbors. You have total privacy and security. The gym here is like having your own training facility. It’s an actual gym, and not one of those workout rooms you’d find in a Marriott courtyard, with like 3 dumbbell’s and a treadmill. There is also a high end 24 hour gym and aquatic center around the corner, and lots of great local businesses on locust street. Living here you are 10 to 15 minutes away from anywhere in the city. The neighborhood is up and coming, with the MLS stadium only a few blocks away. You are within walking distance to the library and multiple concert venues. The block the Victor is on is still very quiet and low key. Which is nice. The apartments themselves are very spacious with a lot of natural light. The Victor is continuing to add more amenities and conveniences. This is truly a wonderful place to live."

"The staff in the leasing office at The Victor is fantastic. They are responsive, honest, and quick to handle any issues you may have. I found out that the apartment I rented hadn't been cleaned when I moved in and they rectified the issue in a timely manner. The application process was fairly straightforward and I received a response within a few days. The building itself is stunning. The lobby area, residents lounge, gym, courtyard, and rooftop deck are all well appointed and provide every amenity you could imagine. The apartment has lovely finishes and provides a quiet place to live with a lot of light from the windows and high ceilings that helps the space feel open and airy."
