Vangard Loft Apartments

"Pricing is good. I do like living here but the noise coming from up stairs late at night some nights is not a fun thing to try to sleep to. Otherwise usually a chill place and I’m comfortable and enjoy my time living at Vangard Lofts. I don’t know if there is a standard quiet time but if there is it would be nice if people followed it so I do not hear loud music from the floor above my apartment. Other than that I have had no problems and like the loft life."

"Overall I love my Unit. For the price, it’s hard to beat the space. I’ve been here over a year now and I’ve definitely come to call it home. I just wish I couldn't hear my neighbors so much."

"I really liked these loft/apartments. I never lived here but I visited someone who lived here and I loved the vibe that the building had. It felt upscale even with with the brick, which I typically wouldn't like. Great job with the upkeep and the pricing based on size."

"I am recently moving back to St. Louis from the West Coast and have made it a point to look at as many lofts as I can. I’m excited about what is happening downtown. I visited the Vangard it has been my favorite for several reasons. The property manager was very responsive & friendly. The walk up was clean and inviting and the apartment was down right cute as can be. The manager there was very accommodating and generous in showing me apartments that would get the best light and that showed me that my needs mattered and would be taken seriously. This is also one of the better priced lofts for the money. I’m very surprised that many buildings are referring to themselves as upscale. Upscale to me is not only amenities but the quality of service received. I’d give Vangard and A+ for sure. It’s still my first choice so far."

"I was fortunate to come across Vangard Lofts when I moved to STL on short notice for work. I can't say enough how happy I was with my choice. Amazing loft apt, great price for the square footage and location, free access to washers/dryers, basic on site gym, plenty of gated/covered parking. Management was easily accessible and odds/ends repair requests were prompt and painless. With the combination of floor space, head room, location, and amenities, I can't recommend taking a look at these lofts enough."
