"Do Not Rent , Bugs , Lazy Workers, & The Most Important Things Is The Air Doesn’t Work In The Back Of The Home They Are Aware & just does nothing about it… I was told that “most of the units are like that something they can not control”."
"They are ridiculous. Moved me in with problems already in the apartment. Took them weeks to get it fixed I had to keep calling and catch the man walking one day just to finish the stuff. They are money hungry decided to go up on rent in the middle of the lease. They have extra fees that they don’t tell you about. Finally they are overcharging me on my gas and electric bill for months I wasn’t even staying there !! Highly wouldn’t recommend they are money hungry while the lady in the front office do nothing besides talk about her making cupcakes for a living. And lonelll does everything but stay on top of the things she need to handle"
"The apartment space is very great and big and very quite but walls are thin you can hear everything and my unit had multiple floods in my bathroom that maintenance couldn’t figure out why also ladies in the office didn’t go by their rules and we’re very rude and unprofessional and scandalous after I moved at. Made false accusation about noise when I was out of town so they tried to bully me. Love the space but would never live there if they work there!"
"I love living here. The staff is very welcoming while also being professional. They make me feel comfortable in coming to talk to them and the maintenance staff is pretty quick about responding to calls. The apartments are spacious, yet comfortable and I never have issues with my neighbors."
