"Everything from the first step into the front office all the way to filling out the contract is a pleasurable and seamless experience devoid of any problems or setbacks that you may encounter elsewhere. The property manager is very upbeat and happy to work with you if you have questions or need clarification on any part of the application process. Holman Place Apartments is inclusive, adaptive, and responsive in regard to the way it interacts with the residents that it accepts into its housing program. The first thing you will notice with Holman Place Apartments is that the grounds are very well maintained, and the residents are authentically happy to be granted the opportunity to reside there. The maintenance people are approachable and are easy to reach if you have any problems at all with your apartment. All repairs are made generally within 24 hours to 48 hours, and I can attest to the fact that the maintenance people will make it their top priority to complete the work for you. You will find that your stay at Holman Place Apartments will not only be a wonderful experience, but it is also teeming with life in the summertime when children are playing on the swing set or your neighbors are walking up and down the street. You will have plenty of chances to socialize or to interact with the playground that is on the grounds. The dumpster is of an appropriate size and will allow for you to throw away all your trash without any issues. I cannot really mention or point out any bad things about this apartment complex and I am going to be on my second year of staying in this apartment complex. Immerse yourself in the experience to get the most out of your time there. Ask questions and challenge yourself to benefit from the luxuries you get like being able to do laundry only 20 steps from your apartment complex or having someone easy to reach in the office just down the street from your apartment. An online portal for residents completes what is an immaculate process flow for the apartment complex. You can pay your rent, update your settings, and request support. Because the apartment complex is such a nice place to be and the apartments are well furnished with everything a person new to renting would need, you can also know that they are coveted by many and as such may have a wait list. Do not hesitate to get on that list today!"
