Days Inn by Wyndham Hannibal

"I have stayed at this motel multiple times. I have always gotten refunded when I left before my week was up. Since changing hands all the sudden they say no matter how many days you stay 1 day or 7 days no refund. Which was not explained to me . I pay by week because its easier then paying daily in my work profession and the motel knows this! So if you stay here for 1 night and pay a week you're paying 500 bucks for 1 night! I give this motel a BIG Negative star! Room service- I only received 1 time out of 3 weeks and only because I insisted on it so I could get my sheets clean . I had to take my own garbage out. When I inquired on room service I was told " We have a lot of meth heads that work room service and we can't get them to come in to work " Roger the manager- very unprofessional he will hang up on you Jeff - (a worker) also very rude and unprofessional. I hope the new owners see my review and want to make an amends with this. Also I will inform my co workers to never stay here Again as well! * Only reason 1 star is marked is because it makes you or you can't post review* **Never had any issues with any other Days Inn in the USA and I stay at alot of them.**"

"I live in and out of truck stops and hotels bc I work on the road and the only problem with rooms nowadays is the carpet it's always dirty or looks dirty and/or sticky not complaining just preference now but everything was good and staff very helpful. Best part was the DG next door you can walk over if needed connects by the parking lot"

"Had to put 1 star, very poor staff. We check in and leave a phone number for a reason. I left one of my pictures in the room and the owner or wife of or whatever says smiling to me " OH MY HOUSEKEEPER throw away", when I ASKED WHY SHE JUST SHRUGGED SHOULDERS WHILE BASICALLY LAUGHING ABOUT IT! "The rooms are clean but worn and stained, some of the furniture is shoddy/broken. The pool is nice, parking and location are fine and it seems clean. Comfortable stay with good service, but not worth the price imo"

"I love this place. Pet friendly with a nice area for my puppies to play and only $15 per pet per night. That’s actually very fair! Not sure about breakfast because for the first time in several months, I slept in way past breakfast. The beds are super comfy! Large place to park my semi too. Priced really well. Look forward to staying there again on my way through. Also, the front desk associates were very nice"
