"Looks nice from the outside, and I was looking forward to staying in Hannibal on my end-to-end Great River Road trip. Sign said pool was closed, which was a disappointment, but no big deal. When I went to check in, I was told that the room I selected in my in-app reservation wasn’t a “pet room.” So, I asked to see the pet room. I’d never been told about pet rooms at other Motel 6’s. I was told no, that I had to pay first then I could see the room. And if I didn’t like it, they would refund the money. They kinda already had my money, because my credit card is attached in the app. I’m a Motel 6 regular. I decided just to cancel and find the next Motel 6 downstream. Something feels not quite right here."

"Right off the highway. Rooms were alright. Lots of burn holes in the comforters, but it was a smoking room. Clean enough. Has a fridge, and microwave."

"About what you should expect from a Motel 6. I got what I paid for. My bed was comfortable. The window didn't shut all the way, it was a ground floor room. I went back out to the car for my billy club flashlight. But it wasn't necessary, thankfully. Seemed to be clean enough. Tub looked a little dingy. I really would have rather done without the hospitality knock on the door at 9am for the 11am check out time. 8 kinda freaked out for a moment thinking I woke up later than I thought and we were running behind. I still haven't a clue as to why they knocked. Maybe hoping to get a jump on swapping over the room for the next guest, whenever that would be. Not bad, not great, sleep light and carry a bat."

"We booked a room here because it was the cheapest in the area with a pool for my kids to swim. Upon arrival, there was a sign posted that the pool was closed. The young lady at the front desk recommended a nearby hotel with a pool and was able to cancel our reservation without any trouble. While we didn't actually stay here, I give it 5 stars for the customer service alone."

"This was a very clean and pleasant place to stay on our recent trip to visit Hannibal, Missouri. The beds were comfortable and had clean sheets, blankets and bedspreads. The bathroom was immaculately clean and stocked. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the rooms were indoor access. All of the cleaning and maintenance staff were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone visiting Hannibal."
