"This hotel is a recent purchase. New owners! And I had the privilege of speaking to one last night during check-in. You can tell that he truly loves the hospitality business and is working very hard to turn this place around! There are so many improvements already and my stay was absolutely wonderful. While they were almost to capacity it was still very quiet which is huge for me because I am in a stupid light sleeper!! The halls and common areas and also my room were very clean. My bed was so comfortable I didn't even toss and turn overnight. There are tons of TV channels. It's a cute rural town and it definitely deserves a chance! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! DON'T LET THE POOR REVIEWS FOOL YOU!!!!! Also big plus is there is plenty of trailer parking if not in the lot, nearby where you can just walk across the street to the hotel."

"Honestly wasn’t too bad of a hotel. Has a microwave and a mini fridge but the only thing I would say is for a bath or shower the water would not get hot so that kind of sucked. I found myself really sick when I got into town and all I wanted was to take a nice hot bath. Other than that everything was fine, pretty good breakfast, lots of good options!"

"i’ll start this review by saying Andi Patel is the definition of hospitality. We stayed here Monday evening and we arrived at the hotel while the pool was open but we picked this hotel because having an operable hot tub was very important after traveling on the road all day. upon making our reservation, Andi informed us that it would not be a big deal if he needed to leave the pool open an extra 10 minutes or so for us to enjoy the hot tub with us arriving a little late. The pool area is open until 11 PM which is a little later than most hotels, and we were able to utilize the hot tub without needing to extend the pool hours. when booking the room and went over, what seem to be about 15 different discounts until he found a reason to knock some money off of our room. Upon arriving to the hotel, we were greeted, warm and wonderfully by Andi and he reiterated if we needed anything while we were here for our stay to just let him know, and he would have it handled. Once again, Andy is the true definition of what a hotel owner/operator should look like as far as hospitality, friendliness, etc. his willingness to go above and beyond is something that was not overlooked and when traveling and stopping through Hannibal again, if we need lodging, we will never hesitate and only stay at one place and that is with Mr. Andy Patel at comfort Inn and suites"

"A Nightmare Experience I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Comfort Inn in Hannibal Missouri, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing and frustrating hotel stays I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, it was a complete nightmare. First and foremost, our room was in a deplorable state. The light switch was broken, leaving us concerned we would cut ourselves simply by turning on and off the light. The water stains on the walls were unsightly and gave the impression of poor maintenance and neglect. To make matters worse, the ceiling was adorned with ugly patches that indicated a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for guest comfort. However, the breaking point came in the middle of the night when water started leaking on us from the ceiling. It was an absolute nightmare, leaving us soaked and scrambling to protect our belongings. I had the young front desk gentleman with glasses come see the ceiling leaking water. He said it was bad enough to move us to another room across the hall. We had to deal with this when we had to wake up in only 2 more hours to check out and hit the road. To exacerbate matters, after checking out the behavior of the management was nothing short of appalling. They were rude, condescending, and unprofessional in their interactions with us. Instead of taking responsibility for the numerous issues we faced, they resorted to gaslighting and attempted to downplay the severity of the situation by saying it didn't happen and we were making it up. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to provide any meaningful resolution left us feeling unheard and disrespected. They refused to refund us for the night and tried to make fun of us for wanting our money back. I strongly advise against staying at Comfort Inn. The lack of basic maintenance, coupled with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the management, makes this establishment unfit for guests seeking a comfortable and pleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a different hotel that prioritizes customer satisfaction and maintains a professional standard of service. We will never stay at another Comfort Inn ever again!"

"Gross! The room smelled strongly of air deodorizer, the hand towel was sticky, and the bath towels smelled musty. I cleaned quite a bit of blood off the wall. Then I found several black hairs in the stained bed sheets. This room was NOT CLEAN! They upgraded us to a better, cleaner room but too little too late. The guys at the front desk were nice, but I seriously cannot understand how this place has not been shut down. We stayed at the Sleep Inn on the way back through Hannibal and it was significantly better all around."
