"It was very hot in this store, making it impossible to browse leisurely. We had to rush to get what we came for. The woman with the broken foot was nice to help get my daughter fitted but she was off putting. She hovered too much while we shopped. It was very uncomfortable."

"Wonderful experience! The staff took great care of us and were very knowledgeable. They didn't have my size at the store we went to, but checked the second location for me and placed the item on hold. It could have been sent to where I was, but I went ahead to the second location. They even recommended local vendors where I could purchase items they did not carry. Highly recommend!!!"

"Bad Experience and very unprofessional. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed my daughter up but all about the money would be correct. I was attempting to discontinue my membership as at the age of 4 and 1/2 my daughter was getting to tired to go to the dance classes. My husband and I decided that she really needed more down time at her age with school and other activities so I contacted the dance studio. When I attempted to discuss the situation with the manager her sole response was you must discontinue by the 15th of the month, apparently no exceptions despite I haven't been able to get my daughter there for at least 3 weeks, they say they have makeup classes but no one seems to give me details, I have paid for costume fees, always on time for all monthly fees, was more than generous to contribute donations, etc at their requests. To me I do not see that the studio would incur anymore costs. I couldn't reach anyone by phone yesterday, emailed them no response, struggling to cancel my daughters membership but can't. Call to talk to a manger who hangs up the phone on me, locks me out of my account. The whole situation was just so frustrating, at this point all I want to know in writing the monthly fees are cancelled in writing and I feel I have that right. Could have been handled a whole lot better from the manager or store owner, bad experience, needs to work on her customer service skills, difficult to deal with and could have made it a whole lot less frustrating for all parties. The dance studio is in the hood, bad location, no parking access, traffic is horrible, and studio is dirty and musty."

"Dorthy Keck's is an amazing studio! When the Pandemic started they were amazing at transitioning quickly to bring dance at home for the everyone. When the studio open they went above and beyond to ensure everyone safety. Stephanie (owner) is an amazing, kind, person that was brave enough to show her vulnerability during tough times and for that I admire her and have much respect for her. If you want a studio who cares about everyone safety and is affordable in pricing this is the place to be. This is my daughter's 2nd year at this studio and she has been a dancer for over 7yrs, she has made such great improvements being here in one year than in all her years of dance. Thank you Dorthy Keck's for doing such an amazing job at teaching."
