"Lisa is a phenomenal teacher. I always feels challenged in gentle ways. She has extensive knowledge and leads the class in a series of progressions that allow you to naturally grow without feeling like you’re overextending herself. Also she doesn’t let the class get increasingly hot or humid as the class goes on which allows me to push myself the entire class. Thank you! Also I love the addition of music! Her teachings make you it feel like a self-care practice, not an exercise class with counts and commands."
"I’ve been going here off & on last 5+ years .. whenever I return it’s always Best decision, I travel a lot so it’s hard for me to stay consistent but when I am consistent, I feel the difference in my mood, flexibility, & strength. As a business owner, this is my sanctuary to decompress. It has literally saved my sanity. All the instructors are amazing, professional, and so friendly.
