It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or advanced they walk you through it step by step and challenge you! If you are looking for a great workout this is the place. From the first 15 min of exercises to one-on-one with the bag it is guaranteed you will break a sweat. You feel every part of your body work and it’s so much fun!
