"I currently live at Crescent Lofts, and We have had so many issues. Leaking roof, leaking dishwasher, leaking bathtub (Not fixed), dish washer not working properly, maintenance men for here always have an attitude, and barely fix anything correctly. Took them from August 2nd to Last week to fix the closet doors in our apartment that wouldn’t close. When they come and do maintenance in our apartment they will leave everything dirty, leaving their mess which is very disrespectful. If you try to make a suggestion to the maintenance men on anything they’ve done, they get all upset about it and act like children. I’m almost positive, that one of the maintenance men is Homophobic and Racist. We accidentally left our keys in our apartment and walked out the front door late, couldn’t get back in and for some reason the guy after hours said it would cost $50.00 for us to have him come and open the door. We are uncomfortable with the maintenance men in general, because they’ve told the office barb and Jen, things that were untrue trying to cause problems. One of the office workers is spreading rumors and creating drama talking about specific tenants including us to other tenants in a negative way. (VERY CHILDISH). Not to mention we had over $150 in totes stolen from us, they were sat right outside the door for us to take to our vehicle, they disappeared, and we asked the office, the cleaning lady and the maintenance men if they knew where they were and they said “we have no idea where they are” we went looking for the maintenance men so we can ask them one more time, we couldn’t find them but we did find our totes hidden in a corner of their maintenance or cleaning closet so they had put them there intentionally. The office rarely answers their phone, as well as their email. On another note. In our mailbox, the slip that says your names on who lives there for the mail delivery has been getting turned over to vacant at least 3x, unsure to why that’s happening. The elevator and the laundry room is always so nasty, stuff everywhere on the floor, spills, lint, dryer sheets. There is something weird about crescent lofts management, only speaking this about the two in the office, and the maintenance men and cleaning lady here."

"Just don't bother. If you make good money and are a good tenant they do not want you. They need lower income households and they tell you they have units available only to call you on said tour date to cancel and try to rent you out a more expensive unit. Avoid this place all together. Good luck if you decide to go with it."

"I live at crescent lofts and it was great to start, but after management changed its not very safe. They took the garage door off one of the garages, which gives anyone access into the building. I came home one night and there were people hiding behind cars in the garage. I could not get inside they had access into tge building, staircase elevator. I made a police report, but nothing will ever happened. I've made multiple complaints about safety"
