"The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to get me into an apartment as quickly as they could. The apartment needed some minor repairs when I moved in and they were completed within 24 hours. The rest of the apartment is in great shape. The cost of a 1 bedroom + deposit + location + condition of apartment = great value. Could not ask for a better place to live."

"Apartments are old and falling apart. Their lease agreement is most weird thing , so basically even if your lease period ends they try to make you pay for the next month. They say it’s written in lease that we have to inform them 60 days prior even if the lease agreement is terminating, but how on earth this even makes sense ? On top of that none of their official emails remind you that you might have to pay extra. I have leased from so many different places and none of them had this weird lease rule."
"In one word Jersey Meadows is "HOME". But you cannot describe the place accurately in one word. This place is AWESOME! It is quiet...the residents are friendly and respectful... grounds are clean and maintained...but most of all the staff are the BEST. Friendly, cordial and willing to go out of their way to be helpful and make your living here the absolute best experience ever!! This is by far the best apartment of my rental experience"
"The best place to live and enjoy the Quad City. i moved there in December and Tiffany welcome me and my wife with smile, showed the apartments available, filled up all the forms, made all process really easy and quick. She is very fast and very kind. all maintenance are done so easy and perfect. the laudry has plenty of washing machines and very clean."
