"We moved here in early October and LOVE this place! The staff is super friendly and helpful. You really feel like home here and the view is really fantastic. The surrounding area is wonderful too with lots of downtown shops, restaurants and more! We're so glad we moved here and wish we had done it sooner!"
"Absolutely horrible place to live. The elevators had issues the whole time I lived there. The fire alarm constantly goes off for no reason. The water bill doubled in price for months because of a building leak that tenants had no control over. I had multiple packages stollen. The office manager said you couldn’t hear the train—blatant lie. I asked to be put on the waitlist for a garage spot when I moved in and then the office manager sent out a general E-mail to everyone instead. Run far away!"
"Great Staff accommodating, Nayla, Tyler and Jason are top notch, can’t say anything negative they work hard to keeping this old girl going. The community is great. People are friendly It’s like being in a home away from home."
"The elevators are always broken. Pet owners are not held accountable for pet behaviors. Don’t waste your money on a parking spot because you have to police it for yourself. The office staff does nothing to remedy issues that have been brought forth time and time again. To get a timeline out of them to fix elevators was a joke. I got told next week, next week over and over. They resurfaced the parking lot cheaply and then moved around everyone’s spot bc the office manager didn’t want to change the numbers in the system. Pure laziness. Must be because her s/o is always in the office with her and it’s become the kick it spot. Tyler the maintenance person is the only reason I gave more stars. He was very helpful while staying there."
