MGR Swim Sports - Bandera Pointe

"MGR Swim sports is a FRAUD.I signed up my son for swim coaching and paid fee for 7 sessions upfront, as per their policy. 4 sessions were completed and then coach got another job and he texted me that we will be issued refund for the pending sessions. I tried to reach them over phone and email to follow up for refund and then realized that they don't exist anymore.Coach is still asking us to contact them for refund and looks like he get paid for the session he completed. They owe me $225 and I'm sure that they made some money as the same coach was training other kids as well."

"MGR swim Sports has been an absolute blessing! All of the coaches are very friendly and very patient. We started off with Coach Bella who was absolutely incredible and we miss her dearly since she has decided to take a leave. Coach Marcy and Coach Rebecca have done an amazing job with our son. At first I was unsure which level to sign up my son since he had never taken classes before and was already 10 years old when he started with MGR. He quickly moved up as they were able to assess his abilities and when we found the level most challenging for him, we kept him there for another session. Now he is in the Competitive Edge class for a whole hour and absolutely loves it! He is hoping to be competitive ready by next summer 2020. These coaches are patient, the classes are very small and nothing like these other schools I've heard so much about with too many kids and not enough attention to detail. Even when there are more challenging students in the small class setting, the coaches are able to customize their instruction towards each individual's needs. The largest class my son has had in over a year of instruction is 4, including him. We love it!"

Pricing is very competitive and I’ve always felt the value more than matches the cost. Coaching is the most important part (of course), and its always been top notch. Rebecca and Johnna are currently helping mine improve every week and they will be at new levels in their respective leagues come Spring."

"We have been with MGR Swim Sports for almost 2 years with our youngest daughter and just recently started with our oldest in the pre-competitive class. We have been super happy with the management of the business - communication for me is number one. Each Coach reaches out to you personally before each session to make contact to discuss any concerns and makes an effort to talk briefly after each class. They have made themselves available in between classes as well to talk over any questions that you may have. Coach Marci has been our longest coach with MGR and she has been amazing to work with. Our youngest absolutely loves her and she has made it a point to work with her personality to get maximum results. Coach Emily is working with our oldest and so far has been great to work with. I have been extremely please with MGR Swim Sports! We are happy customers and will be continuing with the company into the future."
