"Both my children are enjoying BJJ. They are learning so much and enjoy the instruction from their teachers. They are learning so many techniques in such a short amount of time (6 months) and are on their way to earning their next belt. Attendance is key to my children success and being present has built their confidence and strength endurance. They have learned to follow instructions and how to be disciplined when it comes to learning the correct techniques. The best part of their time at KISA is "sparring". This has been a new experience for both of them and has become an outlet for those stressful days after school. We are extremely pleased with all office staff and owners.
