"My goal was to learn a self defense style that I could use to protect myself and my family. I am not gonna lie. Every class is tough and uncomfortable, especially me being a lot slower in my mid 30s. You learn a few new skills the first half of class and the second half you start rolling. The owners do a great job in helping push you past your comfort zone but not too far that you are discouraged. This is real good for beginners like me. If you ever thought about just trying Jiu Jitsu like me, especially for self defense. I'd say this is a good and safe academy to try it."

"I joined this location recently and it's absolutely amazing. They also have kids classes and I've been bringing my son. The mats are all brand new, they have a new built bathroom that even has a shower if you get super sweaty. The parking lot has plenty of parking and the location is great because of how far everything else is. Stop by and check it out."
