"Ive been coming here for 6 years......This place is absolutely horrible, the staff and the Dr.'s are bad they dont care about healthcare they dont advocate or give any medical advice. I was literally told by Dr Jardan that he doesnt care because he cant do anything about it, told me to complain to Centromed but doubted I would even change anything. They dont commit to a schedule time. They are not motivated. I feel like im walking on glass asking any questions like im a horrible parent for wanting infomation about vaccs or wanting flu or strep test done when they will blow his symptoms off with its a "cold or something". Absolutely the worst children healthcare advocates. Ive called the office manager and left a message but after much thought, i will be changing my provider to better handle my children's healthcare."

"Called last week and made an appointment for my children to be seen today. When I walked in I was told an appointment was never made. The receptionist told me she would see what she could do. Lost my wallet last week so I didn’t have ID. Again I asked if this was an issue- I should be able to provide within the next few days, dealing with DPS isn’t the fastest. The lady told me to give her what I had with my name on it. I tried to hand her a few items, one of which has my address and name, she took my bank card along with my insurance card and said it would work, until I got a replacement ID. Then proceeded to LAUGH at my situation with her coworkers right in my face. Totally unprofessional. I’m so glad my children and I didn’t become invested in this Dr office."

"I have been sitting here for over an hour for a well child visit. Staff has no estimated wait time. Does not inform you if the physician is running late. No communication. My previous appt, I was skipped at check in, so I had to wait then as well. I love they physician but I do not have time to waste by waiting when I arrive on time."

"Love every Dr. Here. I've never had issues scheduling. The ladies are always nice. The only issue i ever have are other parents. There's a designated newborn and WELL CHILD ONLY section. No one knows how to read I guess! There's ALWAYS sick and coughing children in there. I hate taking my daughter in there. She never gets sick until we leave this place and she goes to daycare twice a week. That says a lot...."

"I loved the doctor! I would love to stay at this doctor for my daughter, but I’m having to call multiple times to set up an appointment. They never answer. They answered one time to ask me to call back because another family was registering. I couldn’t because I was on my way to work. I think I’ll have to find another doctor since I can’t even make an appointment here."
